FREE GIFTS

When you are eligible for a free gift and you claim that free gift - if you return the product that was used to claim the free gift - you are requiered to send back the free gift as well.  if we do NOT receive the Free gift back; we will deduct the cost of the free gift from your credit.  

PREORDERS ~ IMPORTANT INFORMATION

If you Preorder an item on our website/app or live sale, please note the following:

  • The item description will have the PREORDER directly in the product description, along with the ship date of the item.
  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout not when the item ships
  • If at any time you would like to cancel your preorder thiswould be treated as a return and recieve a credit.
  • For returns, you have 14 days from the date delivered to you .
  • We will do our best to communicate all details for preorders on the product description as there are usually hundreds of orders for each style and we may not be able to contact everyone individually

  • Our preorder styles are JB’s best-selling items - they are a special order direct from our own production team or from vendors exclusively for Jenny Boston.  Preorders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item.

Return Policy

We pride ourselves in providing high quality items and we stand by our products 100%. If you receive an item from our website, app  or Facebook sale that you would like to return, you may return it  by mail. You can read our Return Policy.  Please remember that you MUST submit a Return Form along with your returned item.- Getting started instruction

Addresses/Lost or Stolen Merchandise

It is your responsibility to make sure your address is correct at the time of checkout. Jenny Boston is not responsible for item replacement when a wrong address is provided. In addition, Jenny Boston is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise once delivery confirmation has been made.

International Shipping

International orders placed for website sales and Facebook sales may have additional shipping costs of up to $50 depending on the destination. Please contact us at service@jennyboston.com if you are placing international order.

Placing Orders

You can place an order directly on our website OR download our free JB APP!  We also  have live sales daily during the week. They are  featured on facebook, our website and  our app !

Orders cannot be edited or cancelled after checkout is complete. Please ensure all items in your cart are correct prior to checkout!! If you need to cancel an order or item it would be treated as a return and you willl recieve a credit.

Delivery
